INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDITORS (EDITOR GUIDELINES)


Each Editor of the Editorial Board plays a significant role in maintaining the journal standards and peer review. The editor of a journal needs to take important responsibility for its name and whole content
  • Based on the research interest (or) subject, the editor can assign the submitted manuscript to a reviewer for the peer review process
  • If that individual reviewer accepts to review the article then the author shall inform Annex Publishers of an equivalent, if not, it shall be forwarded to a different editor within an identical field
  • The Editors are requested to send the acknowledgment to the various author when he/she receives the article
  • This should be provided within a short period wherever it might be useful to the author for an update on the paper's status
  • The articles may be rejected if the article doesn't meet the policies of submission
    For example, The work submitted ought to neither have been published already nor submitted to the other publication
  • Concurrent submission of an identical article can cause rejection
  • Articles that are meeting the minimum criteria are going to be sent to the reviewers for a review then Editors can approach the reviewers with the title and abstract. If accepted, then it may be sent on to the reviewer
  • The period for reviewers to review the manuscript is dpends on your artcle standards and etc.
  • The editor can take the final call for acceptance/rejection of the article supported the comments/suggestions and shall be sent to the author by the editor
  • If needed/recommended, submission can undergo a second round of review, wherever an editor can ask the author for feedback for the second revision. The author shall receive the choice along with the comments/recommendations from reviewers
  • If the article doesn't appropriate for publication, it'll be rejected. The editor shall inform the same to the author(s) together with the comments by the reviewer

Following these guidelines, we tend to make sure that our review process is going to be efficient and useful in maintaining the standard and quality of the articles. this will even be useful for maintaining good scientific relations between the author(s), editors, and reviewers
